The Office Manager role is a long-term contract / temporary to hire position.How you will make an impactOperate with Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff

Preside over overall office administration

Assist in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved workflow

Handle copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems

Evaluate and improve office production Requirements - Job related experience

Prior experience in a supervisory role required

Microsoft Word experience highly desired

Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Data entry experience

Comprehensive knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment

Knowledge of data entry

Proven knowledge of Calendar Management
