Revenue generation through the direct sale of Financial Risk Management Solutions (FRMS) products and services (specifically Axiom and Vantage) into the Bank and Credit Union markets.Territory: Candidate can be located in New England states or North Central StatesMust live in the proximity of the territory and have reasonable access to a regional or major airport

Essential Job Responsibilities: Have strong working knowledge of the assigned FRMS products and services and be able to present the value of said solutions to the appropriate audiences Generate leads and drive sales bookings for FRMS products and services to financial institutions within designated territory or within accounts as assigned by manager Formulate strategies, tactics and account plans, under the direction of management necessary to develop the leads and sales opportunities in order to attain sales quota Able to prepare and present compelling and accurate sales presentations and related value proposition to prospects Manage the movement of leads through the sales process effectively and efficiently including qualification, assessment of client needs, presentation of Fiserv solutions, establishing a value proposition and organized plan for closing Responsible for the daily maintenance of accurate pipeline and forecast management as represented in the SFA tools and applications provided by management Performs other duties as requiredThe above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job, and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.Required Qualifications:Education: A Bachelor’s Degree preferredJob Related Experience: 10+ years’ experience in the financial services industry 5+ years’ experience in a consultative sales role at (preferably) a major enterprise software vendor Proven track record of successful quota attainment Proven selling and negotiating techniques A proven track record of successful sales to the financial institutions market or related industry A professional presence and proven track record of selling to C-Level client executives The ability to manage a sales territory independently Knowledge of financial institution accounting areas including but not limited to general ledger, budgeting, profitability and reconciliations Familiarity with regulations surrounding the financial services industry Proven solution selling skills that will allow the effective and efficient execution of the Fiserv Way of Selling that is instrumental in the buying process/sales cycle Additional Skills/Knowledge:o Possess excellent written, oral, presentation and follow up skills.o Possess a positive attitude while operating under pressureo Show the ability to be an independent problem-solvero Have a track record of building and maintaining client relationshipo Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and timelyo Must be results oriented
