Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Burlington, VT

Duration: 12 months (On-Site)

Role & Responsibilities:

) Entering data into federal reporting portal and Excel spreadsheets.

) Checking GPRA forms for accuracy.

) Contacting providers and review errors on their forms.

) Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

) Must have excellent customer service skills.

) Some experience using Word & Excel.
