Autobody Technician (Morrisville)

Sterling Autobody is looking for autobody technicians whether experienced, or those looking to get into the field. We are a couple of young owner operators with a good attitude and we’re ready for our crew to take the reigns so we can build the business.

We are a very busy shop and we need people who are motivated, and can prioritize throughout a repair to be efficient as possible.

Employees must have a valid drivers license, and a good attitude.

We are currently a four man shop with the need for one or two more people to keep up with our increasing work flow.

Our shop is well-equipped with a full downdraft paint booth, Chief Frame Machine. 2 Air Compressors with driers, 3 Lifts, Spies Hecker Paint System, Air Conditioning service Machine, Maxi Dent Puller, Aluminum Mig Welder, Steel Mig Welder, Tire Machine, etc.

We are not a non-DRP, non-flat rate shop, paying our technicians well in an effort to produce high quality repairs, and take the rat race out of the shop dynamic. Compensation is based on experience and skillset ($14-$25 per hour).

40 hours a week for full time employees. Possibility for part time entry level/detailing employment.
