Highland Lodge is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Busser by the end of the month! We're open 4-9pm, Thursday- Sunday.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our food service establishment. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you. We are willing to train the right candidate and this is a great entry level position to get your foot in the door. We host large scale events in the shoulder seasons with ability to sign up for more hours if desired. Plus event tip outs

Responsibilities:

- Assist with various tasks in the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area

- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed

- Clear tables and clean dining areas as needed

- Follow all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience is great but certainly not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high stress environment

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers

- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Skills:

- Knowledge of food service procedures and practices

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a restaurant or hotel setting

- Basic understanding of food handling and safety guidelines
