Position will be a remote work from home position. All needed equipment including a computer will be provided. Must be located in the state of Utah or within 50 miles from St. George, Utah.Position is hired as Seasonal for a period of up to 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on company need and job performance.Two positions available:Full time bilingual (Spanish) position Monday through Friday roughly 8 am to 5 pm MST (some flexibility on hours is available). Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays and holidays as needed.
Full time position every Saturday 9 am to 3 pm MST. Additional days are flexible. Must be willing to work occasional holidays as needed.
A day on the job may include:Demonstrate knowledge and experience in mobile communications devices and/or electronics
Address and solve customer-related issue in a timely manner
Complete all work duties within an expected time frame
Be patient, courteous and friendly with customers at all times
Exhibit a positive attitude
Perform other tasks as assigned
This job may be for you if can:Lift 15 pounds
Sit for up to 8 hours a day
This job may be for you if have:Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extra Awesome:Previous Customer Support experience preferred
Fluent in Spanish preferred
