This position is responsible for responding to platform-related inquiries, joining troubleshooting calls, solving issues and determining root cause and long-term solutions for repeating problems with applications. Excellent communication skills are necessary to be successful in this role along with efficient collaboration with varying levels of technical and leadership roles within the organization. The role requires adapting to a very fast-paced ever-changing environment.Minimum Qualifications:Working toward or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field.

Must have 2+ years’ experience in eCommerce B2B/DTC integration.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.

Good listening skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple departments and foster teamwork.

Ability to quickly and efficiently analyze large amounts of data along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Prioritization of work so that time is spent on the most important, business-identified initiatives.

Exposure to any of the following applications is a plus: PlumRiver B2B, Salsify, Sitecore Marketing Content Hub, Salesforce Commerce.

Embraces and drives cultural changes through continuous improvement and learning.

Experience with digital assets, Jira, and Confluence a plus.

Responsibilities:Responsible for implementing, modifying, troubleshooting, testing, and debugging applications: PlumRiver, Salsify, Sitecore Marketing Content Hub.

Liaison between business users and developers regarding product catalog integration feeds that facilitate reuse and consistency.

Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.

Participate in design meetings and interact with developers to work towards a common solution.

Lead requirements gathering sessions, break down functional requirements, development tasks, and help execute to completion.

Maintain regular contact with internal customers to anticipate, identify, and respond to their needs and expectations.

Produce process flows, create instructions, and provide training for internal customers.

Work independently and/or with team members to resolve escalated support tickets.
