Job Description

  • Help develop sales operations & analytics function to drive sales growth including retail space productivity, ecommerce expansion, point of sale analysis, forecasting, product lifecycle, etc. Know sales accounts better than anyone on the Sales team

  • Work as a key member of the Demand Planning team to strengthen the supply chain with analysis on long lead time components, raw materials, and vendor capacities with the end-goal efficiently and effectively supporting sales channels and protecting the company balance sheet

  • Drive efficiencies and automation within the Operations team and on the Sales Support team through improved processes, process documentation, Excel, SQL, R, Domo, and/or other software packages

  • Build cross-functional and interdepartmental relationships across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Executive Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline (finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, analytics, etc.)

  • Strong background in Demand Planning, Corporate Finance, or Supply Chain Analytics

  • Advanced Excel skills required

  • SQL proficiency strongly preferred

  • SAP (or other ERP) experience strongly preferred

  • Data visualization software experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with R or other statistical packages a plus

  • Must have the ability to dive deep into the data, as well as the ability to explain inferences and conclusions in ways that non-analytical people can easily understand

  • Self-starter that acts like an owner by seeking to learn/understand business, actively pursuing opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings, etc.
