Analytics Software Engineer InternLocation: Salt Lake City, UT

The Analytics Software Engineer Intern will work on a new automation tool supporting NICE Ltd's Natural Language Understanding technologies. The internship will require technical knowledge and a strong desire to learn. The intern will be part of the Linguist team and will report his or her daily progress to a senior team member.

Major Functions/Responsibility:

Collaborate with Computational Linguists and Software Engineers on requirements
Develop front and back end components of an automation tool for Natural Language Understanding processes
Collaborate with another Analytics Software Engineer Intern on technical design and implementation
Report daily on the progress of the project to a senior team member
Present the final results of the project to upper management

Education Requirement:

Some college or coding boot camp experience relevant to full stack engineering

Experience Requirement:

Experience with Java or C#
Experience with IDEs
Knowledge of basic Linux commands
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience Preferred:

Ability to work in a team
Demonstrated desire and ability to learn
