Responsibilities: • Deliver technical courses on NICE products to customers, partners and employees, in both classroom and online (virtual) environments• Set up systems and stage training labs for technical courses• Obtain and maintain expert knowledge on all installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting aspects of NICE products• Master new products, features, and tools as they are rolled out by the organization• Apply effective techniques and methods to create an environment in which learning can succeed• Develop training content in various formats• Follow administrative procedures as requiredEducation: • • Bachelor Degree in electronics, engineering or computer science or related technical degree preferred• Holds a certification by either of the following: Microsoft/Cisco/VMware/Checkpoint/EMC/NetApp - an advantageRequirements:• Real life experience in one of the following technologies:o OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016 - a musto Telephony: Cisco, Avaya (Nortel) or Genesys o Networking: Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, F5 or Fortineto Virtualization: VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V or Citrix Xen XenServero Storage: EMC, NetApp, Hitachi, IBM, HP or Dello DB: SQL or Oracle • Technical knowledge of NICE products - an advantage (especially on the Trading Floor [NTR] and Recording [NIM, Engage] products)• Experience in delivery of technical courses• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills• Ability to travel domestically and abroad - up to 35% of the time• Self-motivated to strive for professional excellence in all aspects of work• Takes a "Can-Do" approach and attitude, and delivers• Excellent self-learning skills• Experience as Support/Software/Field Engineer in a High Tech company - an advantage
