- Experience with User Experience design
- Rapid prototyping software such as InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, UXPin and the like is a must; basic HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript skills preferred.
- React/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience preferred
- Rails, Ruby, or Elixir experience is a plus
- Willingness to be hands on with product development to thoroughly understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision;
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design intuitive, user centered solutions
- A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
