Job Description

IT Field EngineerSalt Lake City, UT6month Contract to HirePay Range: $25.00 - $30.00per hr / Salary Target: $50K - $60K Job Description:Our client is a global enterprise with over 200 locations, 4,000 users, and 6,500 devices. They are growing and adding a Tier 1 Service Desk Administrator to field and escalate IT/IS Systems Support and Maintenance issues. Experience with Cisco Network Server Administration is HUGE bonus. Must have excellent customer service skills and experience supporting both internal and external customers with IT related issues. Required Skills:

1+ year experience supporting end-users and PCs, Windows network environments, telecommunications, cabling, network/telephony patching, and IT room management
Experience in working with and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems & MS Office suite
MS Active Directory
End-user computing hardware including deployment & configuration of new devices
IP Telephony solutions (e.g. Cisco Call Manager)

BonSoft Skills:

Cisco Network Administration experience
Experience working with technology vendors
Device Management (e.g. SCCM)
Mobile Device Management (e.g. Intune)
ITSM Experience (e.g. Cherwell)
Education: Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience. ITIL Knowledge a plus
