Provide expertise in quality work process development (the what, why, and how).

Maintain excellence and high standards in quality work processes, systems, and results within the plant.

Deliver against agreed company metrics and capability goals.

Manages the laboratory budget and Capital spending.

Responsible for release of materials and finished product (FP) and ensuring they meet product specifications as defined in corporate specifications system.

Ensures formal approval procedures are followed for any deviations or exceptions to product release process.

Provides leadership in the development of the plant quality culture.

YOUR SKILLSBachelors degree in Technical Field (Chemistry or Engineering).

Experienced in all aspects of Quality Assurance. 5-10 Years of QA experience.

Demonstrated experience and success in leadership roles and successful people development.

Demonstrated knowledge of good GMP and Hygienic practices.

Experienced in statistical quality and process control

Knowledge of chemistry and ability to understand and improve test methods relevant to the department.

Advanced personal computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases are required.

Additional skills with main applications such as SAP, Red Prairie, MS Access, etc are a plus.
