Office Manager Job Responsibilities:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Maintains office services by organizing, coordinating and overseeing office operations and procedures.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and provide reporting to executives.
Ensure employees are aware and following company policies.
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning office staff; following up on work results.
Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing and tracking annual budgets,
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role (10 years’ experience preferred)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
High school diploma: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
