Champion Safe in Provo Utah is hiring a Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for developing an excellent employee work culture with an emphasis on high performance, retention, and quality training.

Detailed Job Description:

Responsible for developing and managing HR department

Manage all recruitment related activities such as preparation of newspaper advertisements for recruitment, dispatching interview call letters, offer letters, and other information required by department heads in regard to new hires

Analyze competency of employees and identify skills required, organize appropriate training with department heads

Review staff salaries and make recommendations for pay raise/promotions

Understand preparation of payroll & all related responsibilities

Prepare required weekly/monthly reports

Be familiar with work place safety standards and training, and OSHA requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in HR or management

2+ years related experience

Competent Microsoft Office abilities, particularly Excel

Quickbooks payroll module experience

Must be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English
