RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Pleasant Grove, UT that is seeking a Full-Stack Node Developer. They need a highly collaborative individual with good hands-on coding, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a fast-paced environment with a lot to learn.

Primary Responsibilities: Write and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure code using NodeJS/MongoDB/Modern JavaScript Frontend Use Git/GitLab to create feature branches, merge requests, and manage code locally in order to develop efficiently Translate ideas into working features and iterate on them to improve over time Help scope, estimate, and prioritize work

REQUIREMENTS: BS Computer Science or relevant degree 3+ years of software development experience using Nodejs Prefer Linux or OSX as your development environment Experience in a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, VUE, React, etc.) Experienced in developing Restful APIs You have some experience developing in and working with Docker images and containers You love solving problems and troubleshooting on the fly and work well with others in a fast-paced environment You like to learn new technologies and use them in the real world Love to help others on your team and learn from them Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Experience: Experience developing in and working with Docker images and containers Python experience Mapbox GL JS Unit Testing
