NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Field Tech Senior Representative for Onsite Deskside Support : Supporting the business users with their daily IT issues, questions Acting as escalation point and Interface between Business & IT Software installs and Standard Desktop Application support Hardware break fixes and swap-outs Supporting large enterprise projects & initiatives Smart hands & eyes for centralized teams and for technology rooms, MIM resolutions and investigations Remediate desktop security issues under the leadership of global security teams Provide IT2Go services at select sites Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between Site Support & Service Desk Assist colleague on/off-boarding Conference room maintenance Local IT vendor relationships
