Qualifications

  • Education/Training (both required and desired):
    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • Working on bachelor’s degree in graphics or other relevant discipline required
  • Experience:
    • 0+ years of professional experience in the required task area
    • 1+ years of professional experience in the required task area desired
      • Professional experience with MS Office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
      • Professional experience with Indesign or Illustrator, or similar platforms
      • Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite
      • Knowledge in photography and video editing
  • Security:
    • Must be a US citizen
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required

Expertise and Functions
  • Must have a basic understanding of creating or editing graphics and videos
  • Intern will work 5 – 15 hours per week depending on workload; summer interns may work more
  • Must be willing to accept direction from, and interact professionally with supervisor and co-workers
  • Must work with integrity and follow assigned tasks through to completion
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously at times
  • Maintain positive, open, and productive relationships with both co-workers and customers
  • Prioritize work and make good time management decisions
  • Provide support to the Business Development Team, Group Program Teams, or company leadership
  • Develop graphics or video in support of company website, social media posts, conference materials (brochures, backdrops), magazine ads, proposals
  • Keep company style guide updated and ensure products are in line with the style guide to maintain a consistent, high quality company image
  • Other duties as assigned
