Travel: 1st 3 months this person will be going out to clients doing desktop installs around the Houston Area.

Responsibilities

• Setup and configuration of new PCs
• This person will be at least a tier 1 that will be willing to crank through desktop installs for several months. After all installs are finished, this person will be tier 1 technical support analyst
• Imaging PCs
• Work independently completing PC installs or as a part of a team in a lead role.
• Troubleshoots issues that arise during the installation of the new PC.
• Follows refresh checklist to ensure accurate installation and processes are completed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience setting up and configuring PCs Windows 7-10
• Ability to install new hardware and software
• Understanding of Office365 installation.
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to travel throughout the greater Houston Area and work some weekends/ nights
• Must have a valid drivers license
