We’re building an AWS-based cloud service that analyzes data across millions of devices and applications. We’re investing heavily in areas such as risk analytics, vulnerability management, threat orchestration, and analyzing end-user experience. Our group is at the forefront of emerging solutions that propels Workspace ONE into the future. The platform’s machine learning pipeline derives unique insights. These insights are attached to a state-of-the-art automation engine to orchestrate actions between IT and security systems.Responsibilities as our Security Analytics lead include:Define security solutions from VMware and partners; develop customer segmentations based on firm-o-graphics (company size, industry, geography) and demographics (line of business, IT administrator, infosec).

Manage the SaaS business requirements for Workspace ONE Intelligence.

Analyze data in partnership with our data science team; derive new insights

In addition to the creation of new customer-facing security solutions, drive unique security insights that can be embedded across the entirety of the Workspace ONE product line.

Perform competitive analysis, define and communicate key VMware advantages.

Work with the marketing and field teams to create tools and collateral to communicate the value proposition to customers and partners.

Work closely with corporate marketing to determine and execute lead generation, analyst relations, and public relations programs. Project-manage product launches.

Required Skills:5-10 years experience working in security or IT security related solutions

BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technology features into business benefits.

Experience leveraging data science for security use cases

Preferred Skills:Strong leader, self-starter and a great teammate in a high ambitious environment

Especially strong analytical skills and a natural predisposition toward data-driven decision-making. You should nevertheless be able to make reasoned decisions in the face of uncertainty or imperfect data.
