Demand Planner for Americas Client Supply Chain PlanningWhat gives Dell Technologies our competitive advantage? Flexibility to work from home.What you’ll achieveYou will be responsible for creating the forecasts that are leveraged to get the right parts to the right place at the right time in order to help Dell operate it's world class Client supply chain in a cost effective and competitive way while meeting our customers' needs. Work with Sales Planning, Marketing, Production Planning, Product Group, and Procurement as the primary translation point between the upstream sales planning and the downstream supply chain execution and be a part of developing and implementing our ongoing digital transformation initiatives that will position the Client supply chain to remain world class.You will:Create product and/or component forecasts that drive production and/or procurement decisionsSet lead times for components that drive the product lead times for customersPartner internally and across functions to create and implement solutions to complex challenges across strategic initiatives, forward planning and tactical execution of the businessExecutes demand shaping activities with sales segments during times of supply imbalances or when required to meet a shift in the regional marketing or financial plans.Influences material allocation decisions and translates material allocation to customer commitments on supportability and lead-timesTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
