As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced Fence Installers to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installer with experience in building picket fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, and metal fences. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of relevant experience and be willing to work diligently across multiple locations in Durant, Ardmore, and Sherman, Texas. This position offers the opportunity for advancement to a Foreman role as the company grows and additional crew members are needed.

Responsibilities:

- Install various types of fences including picket fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, and metal fences according to project specifications and industry standards.

- Ensure accurate measurements and precise installation techniques to deliver high-quality results.

- Work efficiently and safely to complete projects within established timelines.

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and maximize productivity.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in fence installation. (all types)

- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

- Own tools and equipment necessary for fence installation.

- Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.

- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

- Attention to detail and a focus on precision in all aspects of the job.
