Position Summary:Develops, plans and manages all activities of a school/unit program(s) or project(s). Functions in a Leadership capacity in the program.Position Key Accountabilities:1.Oversees all aspects of the program activities including direct administrative support to medical director, sets deadlines, monitors project progress, assist with development, implementation of policies and procedures for the telemedicine program.2.Coordinate, plan and arrange all meetings for program director for all requirements of the program3.Coordinate any reports or data collection to be sent to DMO for distribution to the state as needed.4.Coordinate clinical schedules of trainees, collect evaluations, and any required reports to requested by the program director.5.Working in conjunction with department marketing coordinator, to create and edit various communications materials for the program, which may include printed materials, web site content and/or department newsletters.6.Prepares/makes oral presentations at professional meetings for annual data report (outcomes, metrics), Maintain schedules for monthly meetings, assembly of all providers, take minutes for distribution and tracks action items as needed7.May assist with management for Human Resources activities: recruiting and selection, hiring and terminating, training and development, performance evaluations, orientation and access requests8.Manages and coordinates schedule for all sites, repository for all leave requests and assignments for backup coverage and approval of timesheets.Other duties as assigned.
