- Advanced level experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including Intune and Configuration Manager
- Subject Matter Expert of Windows PowerShell, VBScript, and other scripting languages
- Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Office365, Windows Autopilot, Windows Analytics, SQL Server, Windows Desktop and Mobile Operating Systems
- Proficiency with ITSM products and services; ServiceNow expertise a plus
- Proficiency with solutions design, configuration, and implementation
- Advanced experience of IT processes, tools, and solutions
- Deep expertise and working knowledge of EUM (Endpoint Unified Management) / EMM (Enterprise Mobility Management) / Device Management and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Deep knowledge of cloud services, software, and mobility hardware technology
- BA or BS in Technology related field, advanced university degree preferred.
- Recent Microsoft Certification in Cloud Productivity and/or Cloud Platform technologies and products
- Additional technology (hardware, EMM software, OS) certifications a strong plus
- Typically, 10+ years of experience in product engineering or development at a technology company (hardware, cloud, SaaS, or large-scale cloud services vendor)
- Typically, 10+ years of relevant software experience
- Strong understanding of ITIL tools, processes, and terminology a plus
