Experis is helping our client in San Antonio find a technical business analyst. Remote is NOT available at this time, candidate must be located in San Antonio. C2C available, sponsorship is not. Description: -5-7 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, requirements writing, requirements validations, user acceptance test plan and test script writing.

• At least 3 years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) -Must be able to document, validate and communicate the As-Is and To-Be processes. -Possess excellent analytical and problem solving qualities. Must be a good decision maker, be able to learn and model business domain processes and how these function. -Must be effective in understanding how the people, process and technology within an organization interact in relationship to create a new information system. -Must possess business knowledge of fundamental business principles and best practices to ensure these are incorporated into and supported by system solutions. -Must be able to earn the trust of the project team, stakeholders, users and executive management. -Must be able to work and communicate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, end users, external entities and managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following: -process reviews, requirements gathering, documentation, validation, testing, writing user acceptance test scenarios, user acceptance test scripts, assisting with writing training manuals and assisting with user acceptance testing execution. Soft skills required: -be able to work at a fast pace -assertive and able to take charge of tasks -build relationships with executives, SMEs' and business stakeholders -resourceful and able to work independently to identify solutions
