Local Management company looking for experienced maintenance technician to run service requests on 276 unit property. Need a highly motivated, self starter who has proficient knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repairs. Must have reliable transportation as well as your own personal hand tools. This property is super fast paced and needs someone who likes to stay busy.

Request a minimum of 5 years maintenance experience. HVAC knowledge is not required.
