Title of Position: Software Engineer Mid Start Date: ASAP Contract type (contract-to-hire, contract only, direct hire): Contract Location (city & campus): 100% Remote Contract Length: 1 year + Schedule: M-F 8-5pm CST

Brief description of the project and what this person will be doing:
  • Financial planning/forecasting tools like Oracle Hyperion and Essbase
  • Oracle Smart View
  • Transformation of Master Chart of Accounts - changing way of doing financials; consolidation of chart of accounts
  • Working on workforce Hyperion app; enhancing to support the updated USAA benefits
  • Might also work on marketing product volume Hyperion application- used to predict and forecast USAA product volume

Must have skills/technologies: 5 year experience minimum 1. Knowledge of Maxl scripting 2. Kornshell scripting 3. Report scripting 4. Peoplesoft financials 5. SQL

Nice to haves skills/technologies: 1. Knowledge of working with Control M or other workflow tools (job automation tool) 2. Perl scripting 3. Python 4. ETL (DataStage or Infromatica or Oracle Data Integrator, ODI)
