Job Title: HCM Developer Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire Location: Remote

Job Description Candidate will be an active member of the human capital management (HCM) team, developing/maintaining Oracle HCM configurations associated with the Defense Civilian Human Resources Management System (DCHRMS). The DCHRMS system houses HR data associated with Defense Civilian Personnel. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have an inquisitive attitude, and successfully solve problems. Candidate must have the ability to interact and work collaboratively with a diverse set of users (developers, testers, customers, team leads, management, system users, etc.).

Primary Responsibilities
  • Analyze, Design, and Configure Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) pages and business rules;
  • Perform data collection/analysis, report results, and formulate recommendations;
  • Applicants selected must be U.S. citizens and will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for a position of public trust

Basic Qualifications
  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience;
  • Knowledge of Oracle database and development tools (PL/SQL, SQL Plus, Business Intelligence (BI) Reports);
  • Experience working with and configuring DevSecOps pipelines and using associated tools such as Jenkins, Subversion, Gitlab, Jira;
  • Experience using Scrum/Agile practices;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work remotely while interacting with other team members

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite;
  • Linux skills;
  • Understanding of data modeling methodologies;
