The Property Manager is a dynamic position that will provide key office support in all areas of property management. They will help manage the day-to-day operations of the community and have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.

We are currently seeking a strong Property Manager who will help manage the day-to-day operations of our community.
Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of the apartment complex
Set rental rates, oversee collections and financial duties (budgeting, deposits, reporting, etc.)
Coordinate and manage the leasing process, including showings, tours, and advertising
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
Maintain knowledge of competition
Handle all escalated concerns
Walk property daily looking for maintenance and resident issues
Regular & predictable attendance with professional appearance and attitude
Efficient & timely processing of all forms, reports and administrative info
Manage and maintain accurate records, including tenant files, maintenance logs, and property records.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to concerns and addressing any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and improve overall resident satisfaction.
Education and Experience:
Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a customer service focus and attention to detail
Bilingual is plus
At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field Work Location: One location
Proven experience in customer service and sales.
Experience with Property Management Software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience with property leasing and maintenance is preferred.
Knowledge of property maintenance and repair procedures is preferred.
