Absolute Resourcing is currently looking for a hard-working Dispatcher/Recruiterto join our team.

Full Job Description

Individual must have strong communication/ Client Relationship building skills, and Excellent phone personality.

Some of the duties will include

 Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary employees for eligibility to work.

 Dispatching by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location.

 Assist workers to be paid and process payroll from completed work tickets.

Monday thru Thursday

5:30 am - 3:00 pm

Fridays

5:30 am - 10:30 am then come back at

3 pm till 6 pm for employees.

Bilingual (ENGLISH/ SPANISH) is a plus but not necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Dispatcher, or Scheduling /Staffing is a plus .

Qualifications

-Computer skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel,

- Multitasker

- detail oriented

- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment .

- work good under pressure

- Be proactive and problem solver.

- Need to have reliable Transportation
