Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

TexDoor Ltd. was started in 1989 as a commercial overhead and hollow metal door company. In 1995, the automatic gate, wholesale and remote division was added to expand TexDoor's broad range of products and services to its customers. We offer 24-hour service and serve many of the major companies in San Antonio and South Texas. In addition, TexDoor Ltd. wholesales throughout the Southern United States and Mexico. We have over 90 employees working together in a team effort to maintain and continue our growth in the future.

Position demands an analytical and detail oriented person who is able to multitask and adapt to changing work duties and responsibilities. The right candidate must be dependable, organized, have excellent written, verbal communication skills.

Qualified candidates primary duties include but are not limited to:

Dispatching

Scheduling and Receiving calls for install jobs/service repair

Providing front counter support assisting with walk-in customers

Data Entry /Invoicing /Processing payments

Checking on pending orders and conducting job follow-ups

Provide support to supervisors, salesman, field/warehouse employees

Must have excellent computer skills, QuickBooks experience a plus but not required

Based on the needs of the business schedule may vary from 7:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday, occasional meetings after 5:00pm that you may have to attend

Must pass criminal background and drug screen
