We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst for a direct hire opportunity for a client of ours headquartered in San Antonio, TX.The ideal candidate will have the following background/ skills:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with a minimum of 5 years work experience as a business analyst; seven or more preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications are preferred
- 4+ years of experience designing and supporting large-scale, technically complex solutions on the Salesforce platform, especially, implementing the Customer Relation Management (CRM) and associated ecosystem
- strong experience with implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; CPQ experience is a plus
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
- Facilitate maintenance and enhancement of the Salesforce.com platform for customer support and customer success teams
- You will drive system enhancement efforts to completion by capturing and assessing user requirements with business partners and provide configuration, development, and application support to the teams enabling enhanced productivity, reporting capabilities, and collaboration
- Support efforts to grow the platform through new applications and technology as needed
- You can explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge using oral, written, and visual presentations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders, as well as the ability to translate messages from one stakeholder group to another
- Proven ability to document requirements, features, stories, and process flows in an organized and understandable format
- Outstanding meeting facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to maximize meeting time to reach objectives while minimizing distractions and interruptions
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are required
- High energy, stamina, enthusiasm, organization, and curiosity
- Proven drive and passion for maximizing our investment in software products to drive business growth
- Ability to manage the scope change process and issue identification/resolution

- Captures business processes, requirements, and capabilities, features, and data requirements for new and existing Salesforce products and solutions
- Elicits information to form customer/business partner software product usage, customer behavior, or other business metrics
- Conducts discovery session and one-on-one interviews to gather input for requirements.
- Solicits and embraces feedback from others
- Gathers data, creates process flow diagrams, captures design interfaces, documents process maps, identifies root cause to issues, provides solid solutions, analyzes inputs and outputs to arrive at logical conclusions, translates business requirements into technical specifications, maps traceability from business need through requirements to test cases, and creates readable and functional documentation
