For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.Boeing Government Security is currently seeking an Industrial Security Senior Manager supporting security activities and programs in San Antonio, TX including National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Special Access Program (SAP), and site security.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for leading a team performing activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls

Responsible for management of fire protection operations, uniformed security operations, access administration, emergency preparedness, and threat

resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Oversees development and implementation of organization policies, programs, processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while ensuring compliance with applicable government and company security and fire regulations

Consults, advises, instructs and applies technical expertise to management and cross-functional teams in strategic, tactical, operational and business planning activities

Approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Interfaces with the appropriate government agencies, company management and employees, customers, vendors and suppliers on security and fire protection related issues

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance Post Start is required.This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Ability to obtain access with Special Access Programs (SAP)

5+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI

5+ years of experience working in security, fire protection, and/or emergency preparedness

5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

5+ years of project Management experience

5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives

5+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers
