• Site Reliability Engineering is to bridge the gap between developers and IT operations, even in a DevOps culture. Site reliability engineers will be dedicated full-time to creating software that improves the reliability of systems in production, fixing issues, responding to incidents and usually taking on-call responsibilities.
• Java, Full stack, Dev ops, CI/CD, Spring boot, React
• Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose operational issues and drive them to closure.
• Building software to help operations and support teams
• Fixing support escalation issues
• Optimizing on-call rotations and processes
• Documenting “tribal” knowledge
• Conducting post-incident reviews
