Job Title:Product Owner Location: San Antonio,TX Duration: Contract Required skills

• Previous working experience as a Product Owner
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• In-depth knowledge of product development lifecyle (SDLC)
• Experience in a requirements management tool - RTC, JIRA etc.
• Experience in financial domain

• Take lead of agile development team as the Product Owner
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities by collaborating with business stakeholder, end users, Product management and agile development team
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Analyze preferences and requests of end users
• Groom and prioritize the product backlog
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Provide direction to the scrum team by setting sprint goals to enable successful iteration planning
• Accountable for evaluating product progress through each iteration and provide timely feedback
• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Sharp analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
• Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with IT development teams, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to details

• Experience in SAFe project execution methodology
