Experience using Clarabridge software - 3 years Building categories to analyze unstructured free text - 3 years Good oral and written communication, working with SME and Executives - 3 years

responsibilities:

Tools used are Clarabridge Studio with an emphasis on Clarabridge Designer to manage categories and model new categories. The resource should have experience with the Clarabridge Suite, but can also have experience with similar applications like: Oracle Social Cloud and Qualtrics.
