Customer Service Live Chat Associate

The primary focus of this fully remote (work-from-home) position involves responding to customer emails, replying to customer web tickets and speaking with customers through live chat. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and healthy attitude toward their job and excellent customer service skills. They must take pride in their work and the service they provide to customers.

General Responsibilities:

Email correspondence related to our eCommerce department

Responding to customers via emails, web tickets and live chat

Order and RMA processing

Apply high-quality customer service guidelines and policies

Required Skills:

PC skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

Professional writing skills

Proficient typing speed

Creative problem solving

Multitasks well
