Flexo Press Operator

FULL-TIME

$26/hr

Duties include:

- Setting up, adjusting, and operating a flexographic Mark Andy press.

- Working under minimum supervision.

- Performing a variety of semi-complex or critical tasks where overall quality and/or quantity can seriously affect various manufacturing operations or costs.

- Locating and correcting machine malfunctions.

- Cleaning, lubricating, and making adjustments to maintain quality of production.

- Notifying supervision of needed repairs or replacement parts.

- Ensuring that assigned equipment is properly maintained and in safe operating condition.

- Assisting in training individuals and other team members as assigned.

- Understanding all documents pertaining to the printing process and adheres to specification requirements.

- Complying with company policies, procedures, and core processes.

- Complying with established safety procedures and policies.

- Keeps area clean and orderly.

- Supporting, understanding, and adheres to LEAN Principles and Rules by identifying, evaluating, and resolving problems.

- Focusing on continuous improvement, quality, improved cycle times, safety, cost reductions, and customer satisfaction.

- Working with other departments and maintenance personnel on projects and validations.

Shift start: 8:00AM or 2:00PM
Shift length: 8 hours
