JOB SUMMARY

Vaco Technology is currently seeking is seeking a Project Manager with CRM / Marketing and/or Salesforce experience for a 6M+ Contract opportunity located in Richardson, TX (100% remote during Covid). The Project Manager will work on the Salesforce Platform supporting key projects the Sales, Marketing, and Product Support. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and implement all projects to deliver intended business outcomes, ideally on time, on budget, and within scope according to business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of these projects, the Project Manager will make appropriate tradeoffs with project teams to mitigate any issues or risks.

  • Business Relationship Management
    • Develop Communication Plans / Interfaces to Actively Engage Business Partners
    • Partner with Business Sponsors to Define Success Metrics / Criteria
    • SME in Briefing Stakeholders on Assigned Initiatives
    • Provide Accurate Forecasts of Performance to Relevant Business Stakeholders
    • Communicate Project / Program Progress to Key Constituents
  • Project / Program Delivery
    • Focus on Predictive Execution of Product Development Projects
    • Collaborate with Product Teams / IT / SMEs to Drive Project Delivery
    • Assess / Resolve all High-Priority Project Risks
    • Manage All Aspects of the Project Lifecycle / Work with Team Members to Oversee All Phases of Project Completion
    • Facilitate of Operational Checkpoint Activities Throughout the Project Lifecycle
    • Manage Scope to Ensure Agreed Time / Cost / Quality Parameters are Met
