Description Management Resource is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. Our North Dallas client is creating a new compensation plan model to move from a “revenue-based” plan to a “profit-based” plan. A senior financial analyst with a very high level of technical software ability is needed to help create this model and assist the Director in building a plan that will be both transparent to the team and be supported by the appropriate data for the profit and loss model that will support the plan targets. Working a hybrid schedule of 4 days in office, 1 remote.Skills necessary for this include:
Heavy experience with manipulation of very large data sets using MS Excel and utilizing SAP Business Warehouse,
A detailed understanding of the P& L, including sales revenue, adjustments to revenue, direct costs and allocable transfer costs associated with product/units sold, and various other components of costs as defined by the Director.
Ability to create a scalable model that will be used for establishing profitability quotas for field sales representatives, while maintaining visibility to the underlying YoY change drivers, including but not limited to: changes to a restated/realigned base, product costs, price, mix and volume from market and share growth. This requires proven and demonstratable experience in building similar complex models, the ability to comprehend the end goals of the department, and articulate the mechanics of how the model works to the Sales team.

Experience with the software “Callidus” is a plus, but not required.Must have excellent communication skills, including excellent written skills and highly developed listening skills to ensure that consultant and client are on the same page with this project, as well as an efficient progression through the project to completion.
