• Analysis of Boeing Converted Freighters
• Working knowledge about Federal Aviation Regulations
• Analysis and understanding about Structures Repair Manual
• Damage Tolerance & Crack Growth Analysis
• Finite Element Modelling
• Nastran, Patran, ANSYS, Hypermesh, FEMAP, Mathcad

• Understanding Customer Requirements
• Reviewing damages & comparison to affected structures repair manual
• Preparing repair schemes
• Reviewing affected engineering drawings
• Performing static and fatigue analysis (Hands method/Customer developed tools)
• Writing analysis and certification documents

• Understand client requirements & standards
• Static & Fatigue Analysis of aircraft structures using Hand methods/Customer developed analysis tools
