PeopleSoft Core HR & NA Payroll Functional Expert. This position will design and lead efforts for large and complex integrations from 3rd Party applications (Workday & others) to PeopleSoft Core HR, NA Payroll, Time tracking in a complex customized PeopleSoft HCM environment with Bolt-On functionalities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with business, HRIS, Payroll, HR, IT across multiple CIOs and external stakeholders in providing an overall vision and strategy for all the major components and integrations, The candidate will provide key inputs during the build and will participate in the documentation and extensive testing to ensure the stability of the PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll and Bolt-on modules as well as monitor, recommend and initiate changes in the PeopleSoft architecture to improve performance and efficiency. Required Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of PeopleSoft techno-functional experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in support and implementation of PeopleSoft Core HR & NA payroll
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Core HR, NA Payroll processes. Experience managing large HR, payroll and time tracking business operations (online and batch)
  • Extensive Experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on the design of complex integrations with Core HR & Payroll, usage of core product functionalities, Collaborates with the Architects, Business SMEs, Business Sponsors, Project Management Office and other PeopleSoft Functional and Development teams to ensure comprehensive and timely delivery of all development, system administration, migration, environment and other technical needs for the overall system.
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance as part of full life cycle implementations of the above modules with specific emphasis on providing inputs for creating system/integration test plans, requirements traceability; developing manual test cases/test scripts; performing functional, integration and regression testing
  • Understanding of PeopleSoft Core HR (WFA), ESS, MSS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration.
  • Basic Knowledge of COBOL, SQR, App Engine, CI and PeopleCode
  • Hands on experience in analysis and application of tax and other maintenance updates
  • Strong communication skills and business interfacing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workday HCM knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of Infor HCM (Time management) will be an advantage
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business Stakeholder management and negotiation skill
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
