Cloud Engineer Team Lead

DescriptionSAIC is looking for an Infrastructure Team Lead for a REMOTE job opportunity supporting the US Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation (AFMS) program. Candidate should live in Central Texas within driving distance of our customer at Randolph AFB in San Antonio, TX. Position is hybrid-remote; individual will be responsible for being onsite a percentage for the time.AFMS is the premier agency responsible for implementation, integration, and development of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and training and analysis standards that support the US Air Force (USAF), Department of Defense (DoD), and mission partners requiring these capabilities to support the Warfighter in full-spectrum operations.As the Infrastructure Team Lead you will:

Plan and manage timely implementation of multiple projects across the the program including administration of network deployments, and Agile software development pipelines.

Maintain and manage software testing duties.

Assist in System Demos at the end of each testing and evaluating the complete solution in a production-like environment.

Lead a team ensuring successful delivery and tracking status.

Partner with multiple teams utilizing SAFe Agile methodologies.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

DoD 8570 certification in IAT Level II certification or above (Security+ CE, CASP+ CE, CISSP, etc.) or ability to get within 60 days.

Possess active Interim or Secret clearance.

Previous Cloud Service Platform (CSP) knowledge. Preferred AWS.

Knowledge in EFS, Kubernetes, Containerization, S3 Buckets.

Bachelor's and nine (9) years, Master's and seven (7) years experience, or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Solutions Architect Certification

AWS DevOps Certification

Previous Application Development experience

Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000.
