Secondary- DevOps, Kubernetes

Technical Skill:

Must have min 5-year Experience in Genesys Contact Center Application development and support.

Strong experience In Genesys L2/ L3 support

Strong knowledge of Genesys Pure Engage and Genesys Pure Cloud framework, Architecture and troubleshooting

Well versed with Genesys Contact center technologies.

Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting experience of complex issues.

Primary Skills -: Expertise in Deployment of SIP Cluster Solution including OCS (Outbound Contact Server, Features Server, MCP Core Components, having hands on Experience Call routing, Genesys Framework and Architecture.

Genesys Architecture, Genesys Composer, Call routing application development, Genesys Rules Engine (GRE), Genesys Orchestration (ORS), Genesys Voice Process (GVP).

Secondary Skills: Min. 2 years' experience on Containers with Kubernetes experience, Jules, Jenkins, CICD

Certification - :

Genesys Certified Professional/Genesys Certified Support (GCA/Google Cloud PlatformS) is must.

At least 5 years of relevant contact center solution related Engineering work experience.
