Candidate Profile:Overall, 8-10 years of experience in the IT industry.At least 3+ years of experience in Retail Solution implementation as a Technology Lead.Strong Designing/Architectural skillsHands-on (Back-End): Spring Boot, Spring Security, RDBMS (preferably Oracle), Hibernate, OAuth 2.0, Junit, Mockito, and Spring JPA. SOA/MicroServices, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Azure, UML, Mocking frameworks, Messaging Queue, Github, DevSecOps.Working knowledge of (Front-End): Web 2.0 technologies, NodeJS, Typescript, UI Frameworks like Angular7.0/React, NGRX, etc., mobile technologies like the native script, Ionic, Cordova, etc., progressive web applications (PWA) and service workers.Excellent written & verbal communication, and documentation skills to create technical documentation.Excellent Logical skills and Problem-solving abilityMust have exposure of Client facing roles.Understanding of SAFe methodology. Job Responsibilities:Coordinate with the Business owners to understand business requirements and break-down into user stories.Participate in Architectural discussions at the program level and ensure implementation at a scrum team level.Architecting solutions and preparing designs for the ongoing and upcoming PIProvide technical and architectural guidance to the team on a day-to-day basis throughout the project lifecycle and resolved technical challengesConduct code reviews and approve/reject merge requests.Collaborate across the programs to raise/resolve technical dependencies.System Integration and System Architecture Design Document creationResearch new technologies/frameworks and lead POCs.Ensure adherence to development best practices, policies, and procedures.Keep in sync with enterprise standards and initiatives
