- Searching and approaching suitable candidates
- Running job ads to attract applicants
- Working on IT / Niche requirements
- Ensure the effective utilization of the ATS and social media to build a bank of talent.
- Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting processes and onboarding
- Maintaining a vendor database
- Manage and motivate a team of recruitment professionals ensuring service excellence
- Selling and marketing
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Must have a current experience with a staffing industry
- Communicate with the client to understand current and anticipated staffing needs.
- Expanding our footprints with new and existing customers
- Working with team for submission of resumes and setting interviews
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and presentation skills
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Strong work ethic
- Proven track record in achieving targeted sales results
