The Analyst II - Tech Delivery is responsible for capturing and supporting the delivery of business and/or system requirements to accomplish business goals associated with Global Banking and Markets Tax Program. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis, and then working closely with the Development Team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team. Individuals in this role should possess a working knowledge of the business/technical domain and the main applications within that domain.

Required Skills

  • Experience working with reference data
  • 2-3 years minimum working in an Agile environment
  • Basic experience with Jira
  • Solution Design - Has knowledge of software development, though may not been involved in hands-on application development/coding
  • Has experience with data mapping
  • Understanding of architectural diagrams, process flows and how information is transmitted between up/downstream systems
  • Ability to partner with product owners to turn their vision into EPICS, Deliverables and User Stories
  • Understand stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem
  • Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
  • Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions
  • Assist users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs
  • Innovative mindset. Not afraid to ask why and have the ability to question established practices, with a view to continuous improvement.

Desired Skills

Experience with Governance & Stakeholder Management Analytical Thinking - Demonstrates ability to identify root causes to solve complex problems in challenging situations.
