• Coordinate project/program activities and work with cross-functional teams
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Assist in identifying dependencies, plan and communicate completion of tasks
• Provide day-to-day coordination for tasks
• Support communications and coordination through recurring meetings or other mediums as well as assisting with other administrative needs
• Creating and corresponding relevant information including but not limited to status updates to the team, project, or program (both internal and external)
• Track project/program schedules/dates/milestones, etc.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence to provide additional administrative support for backlogs or documentation
