Responsibilities:Full-stack design, development for financial softwareFollow and promote Agile practices including Scrum, Lean, BDD and Continuously DeliveryResearch new technologies, identify and learn best practice, adapt quickly and provide technical guidance across the organizationWork with multiple globally distributed teams to deliver end-to-end solution across regionsAdvise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from Wealth Managers and Product SpecialistWork with UX designers on rapid prototypes of new concepts and featuresPresenting and demoing to users, stakeholders, and technology groupsPromoting excellent user experience and system performance by supporting SRE practices.

Qualifications:Proven track record of software developmentRelevant university degree, specialized training or equivalent work experienceStrong computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, multithreading, object-oriented development, distributed applications, client-server architectureStrong experience in building performant and reliable web applicationsJavaScript, HTML, CSS development fluencyExperience with libraries like ReactJS and building applications with reusable UI componentsExcellent knowledge of Java technologies including core Java, Spring FrameworkExperience with unit and integration tools and techniques including JUnit, mocking and test-driven developmentExperience in high availability development and architectural practicesRelational Database development skills including SQL and data modellingKnowledge of agile software development methodologiesMust possess excellent interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communicationMust possess excellent analytical, problem solving, & decision making skills
