  • Extensive experience (5+ years) with both Jira and Jira Align - ability to manage teams, projects, program increments, themes, dashboards, versions, etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tool issues
  • Ability to provide quick support for large org via instant messenger, calls, email
  • Helpful, customer oriented attitude

  • Determine tools structure & configuration to support Operating Model (w/Andrea & Brooke)
  • Partner with COE to create portfolios
  • Add Users to Portfolios
  • Create programs
  • Create Teams
  • Create and Manage PIs
  • Create and Manage Sprints
  • Manage integration of Align to iTrack in parternship with COE
  • Answer complex questions (SME)
Jira iTrack
  • Create and maintain projects
  • Create and configure boards
  • Create and update filters
  • Create and maintain portfolio hierarchy functions (PHP Project)
  • Review iTrack customization requests impacting Digital
  • Manage Release Distribution (DRC Version Sync Project)
  • Test/Validate existing automations during environment updates
  • Add users to workspaces
  • Answer complex questions
  • Approve access requests
